SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT PROTOCOL
When you invest in your physical and mental performance, you expect precision. Our shipping and fulfillment protocol is designed to get your order out of our facility and into your daily routine as efficiently as possible.
Please review our shipping timelines and policies below. By placing an order with Enhans, you agree to the following fulfillment terms.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
- The 1-3 Day Window: All orders are strictly processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment is successfully captured.
- Business Days: Please note that our fulfillment centers operate Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
We offer multiple tiers of shipping for our US customers depending on how quickly you need to upgrade your baseline.
- Standard / Regular Shipping: Typically arrives within 6 to 10 business days after the order has been processed and dispatched.
- Priority / Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee. Delivery times for priority shipping will be calculated and displayed dynamically based on your exact location.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our carrier partners. Weather events, carrier delays, and high-volume holiday seasons may impact these transit times.
3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship globally to high-performers around the world. However, international logistics introduce variables outside of our direct control.
- Delivery Timelines: Because every country has different import regulations, postal infrastructures, and customs processing speeds, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times for international orders. Please allow ample time for your package to arrive.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Your country may charge import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon the arrival of your package. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Enhans does not collect these fees at checkout and cannot predict what your local government may charge. If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Visibility is key. As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your official tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's trajectory in real-time via our website or the carrier's platform.
5. SHIPPING FEES
Shipping rates are calculated dynamically during the checkout process. Fees are determined based on the total weight of your order, the destination address, and the specific shipping method you select. All costs will be clearly displayed before you finalize your payment.
6. DELIVERY ADDRESS ACCURACY
Precision matters. It is the customer’s complete responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is 100% accurate, including apartment or suite numbers.
- Enhans is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
7. PARTIAL SHIPMENTS
If you order multiple items and one is temporarily out of stock or delayed, we reserve the right to split your order and ship the available items immediately. You will be notified via email if a split shipment occurs, and you will never be charged extra shipping fees for the second package.
8. INSPECTION & TRANSIT DAMAGE
Upon receiving your Enhans order, please inspect the package immediately.
- While we secure our products to the highest standards, we cannot completely control how carriers handle packages in transit.
- If your product arrives damaged, compromised, or incorrect, you must report the issue to our customer support team within 30 days of receipt. Please include your order number and photo evidence of the damage so we can swiftly resolve the issue.
