• The Bulk Order Rule (60 or 90-Day Supplies): If you go all-in and order a 60-day or 90-day supply right out of the gate, we still protect your first 30 days. We will refund the first 30-day supply 100%. To receive a refund for the remaining portion of that order, you simply need to return the unopened bottles to us (return shipping is paid by the customer). If you choose not to return the unopened bottles, you can keep them, and we will only refund the cost of the first 30-day supply.
  
• The "Second Order" Rule: This guarantee strictly applies to your first purchase. If you order a 30-day supply, and then place a second, separate order later on, that tells us the product is working for you. You cannot claim a refund on a second order or try to go back and refund multiple separate orders. We play fair, and we expect the same.
